International Dance music will help you on your way to firmer abs, tighter gluts, firmer curves, better core and strength stability! Burn up to 1000 calories or more in one class! This class is high energy cardiovascular and core stability dance fitness that combines moves and rhythms from a range of Caribbean, Latin, Reggae and Indian (Bollywood) disciplines. This will remind you of Caribbean/Latin vacation!

Kick My Ass (Tabata)
This training protocol involves performing a specific exercise at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes.
You will keep your heart rate up and your energy levels boosted. This works your core and tones as well as conditions muscles.

Yoga focuses on the methods and/or disciplines prescribed, especially a series of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the body and mind. Class is mixed with Pilates; which is an extremely powerful total-body conditioning method that produces long, lean muscles and builds strength without creating bulk. It allows you to work on posture, flexibility, balance and core strength.
