Requirements: an open mind and a willingness to move!
These classes are perfect for all age groups and fitness levels as they are self paced. The team of instructors will take the time to help you learn the techniques for moves, however, the speed and intensity is up to you. Don’t forget to bring water and running shoes!
Yoga
Do you want to unwind after a stressful day? Or a high energy workout? Well Yoga is the perfect solution! Derived from Northern India over 5,000 years ago, yoga holds a huge cultural and spiritual significance and is practiced amongst many. Not only will you get to experience a zen you’ve never felt before here at SuzyMari’s, but you will also be instructed by trained yoga professionals to ensure your experience is relaxing and authentic!

During this session, we review your daily nutrition, lifestyle, and goals to identify simple changes that can improve energy, support weight management, and promote overall wellness. You’ll receive practical meal planning guidance designed to fit your lifestyle and help you build sustainable, healthy habits.

Our Weight Management is designed to help you understand your body, habits, and lifestyle so you can achieve your health and fitness goals in a realistic and supportive way. During this assessment, we review factors such as daily routines, activity levels, nutrition habits, and personal goals.

With this, meal plans are an important part of any lifestyle change, as food contributes to 80% of your wellness. We focus on gut health, immune system and your body fat % to lead you to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Meal plans at SuzyMari are specifically catered to you, and what you need to eat in order to get you where you want to be!

Coaching is designed to help you identify your personal health and fitness goals and create a clear path toward achieving them. During this session, we discuss your lifestyle, current habits, challenges, and motivation to better understand where you are and where you would like to be.
