Group Fitness Classes

“Let’s get fit, have fun and look fabulous!” is the attitude you will have after leaving our “International Rhythms” class. Our classes are simply enjoyable and high energy.

Requirements: an open mind and a willingness to move!

These classes are perfect for all age groups and fitness levels as they are self paced. Our instructors will take the time to help you learn the techniques for moves, however, the speed and intensity is up to you. Don’t forget to bring water and running shoes!

 

Personal Training

Our Personal Trainers will teach you everything you need to know about exercising. Yoga

Do you want to unwind after a stressful day? Or a high energy workout? Well Yoga is the perfect solution! Derived from Northern India over 5,000 years ago, yoga holds a huge cultural and spiritual significance and is practiced among many. Not only will you get to experience a zen you’ve never felt before here at SuzyMari’s, but you will also be instructed by trained yoga professionals to ensure your experience is relaxing and authentic!

Nutritional Program

At SuzyMari’s, we encourage healthy lifestyle changes not only to your external physical state, but also to your internal state. In addition to balancing a good fitness routine, a solid nutritional program is crucial to reducing your weight, while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

With this, meal plans are an important part of any lifestyle change, as food contributes to 80% of your wellness. We focus on gut health, immune system and your % of body fat to lead you to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Meal plans at SuzyMari are specifically catered to you, and what you need to eat in order to get you where you want to be!

Meal Plans Include:

  • 12 weeks worth of meals

  • Modifications + Bi-Weekly follow ups

  • 1 Hour Body Analysis

  • Shopping list

  • Coaching on healthy eating/lifestyle
