Group Fitness Classes

“Let’s get fit, have fun and look fabulous!” is the attitude you will have after leaving our “Free the Rhythms” class. Our classes are simply enjoyable and high energy.

These classes are perfect for all age groups and fitness levels as they are self paced. Our instructors will take the time to help you learn the techniques for moves, however, the speed and intensity is up to you.

Requirements:

An open mind and a willingness to move! Don’t forget to bring water, yoga mat, towel and running shoes!
